Raised floors are installed with dry laying, a simple and fast installation system, where the walking plane, made of easily removable panels, is raised with respect to the screed. The technical compartment in-between can have different heights, from a few centimetres up to a metre. Cables and pipes can be places without any obstruction, without affecting the spatial design and the working stations.
The operative technical environment requires, now more than ever, a flexible space, which can be obtained through raised floors in any kind of office.
The ideal solution for work environments, such as business centres, banks, data processing centres, or any environment with a continuous increase and update of technological and system assets: from power grids to telematics networks, to heating and conditioning systems.
New floors can also be installed on pre-existing ones, also in case of planarity issues, which can be solved by correctly adjusting the sub-structure elements.
